Important Considerations
• The weighted averaging system is used in computing the students’ general averages.
• The Learner’s Progress Report Card or School Form 9 (SF9) will be sent via email to the parent or guardian at the end of each quarter or semester.
• A second original copy of the Report Card is not allowed by the Department of Education.
