3.4 Promotion and Retention 3.4.1 Casa
a. The promotion of students is done at the end of the school year.
b. Some students may be asked to continue in the same level to master the expected skills.
3.4.2 Grade School
a. The promotion of students is done at the end of the school year.
b. The passing grade in any subject is 75%. A student must pass all subjects to be promoted to the next level.
c. The General Weighted Average (GWA) of 75% is required for promotion to the next level.
d. An Intermediate student who gets a final grade below 75% in one (1) or two (2) subjects at the end of the school year will be required to attend and pass the summer class(es). Otherwise, the student will repeat the level.
e. An Intermediate student who gets a grade below 75% in three (3) subjects will be required to repeat the level.
3.4.3 Junior High School
a. The promotion of students is done at the end of the school year.
b. The passing grade in any subject is 75%. A student must pass all subjects to be promoted to the next level.
