Jeff Reynolds Statement: My family and I have had the pleasure of living in Port Orchard for over 30

Bremerton. The majority of my community involvement was based from there

Kitsap County Sewer District No. 7 – Commissioner Position 1 – 6-year term

West Sound Utility District No. 1 – Commissioner Position 1 – 6-year term

Statement: I have been with the West Sound Utility District
for 12 years. During my tenure with the boards (Water and
Sewer Districts) I help merged both district into one. The two
District had 42 employees by attrition and retirement we have
presently 31 employees.
