HOW SATISFIED ARE YOU WITH KITSAP COUNTY AS A
PLACE TO WORK?
Our overall mean was 3.82, with 68% scoring a
4 or above on a five-point scale, where 5 means
extremely satisfied and 1 means extremely
dissatisfied.
Why is it important to be satisfied with working for the
County?
Research shows that people who are satisfied with their employers are proud, are
more likely to stay, and are advocates of their employers as places to work and of
their services in the community. We want employees to be satisfied to work here.
50% Kitsap County had a current mean of 3.82 which is within the 50-74%
percentile of how other public employees rated their satisfaction.
