                                   5 Ways to Honor the


                                           Inner Goddess






            Our world these days seems to be much more Yang-driven,

            meaning action and accomplishment seem to dominate, making


            it easy for us to neglect our softer side that prefers to Be rather

            than Do, i.e. our Yin-ness.





            Connecting to one’s feminine energy on a regular basis is so

            important to our sense of self, hormonal health and overall


            happiness. Ancient Goddess traditions understood this and we

            can try to follow their lead.





            Here are FIVE ways we can honor ourselves:





            1. Guard Our Being Time

            Take back your feminine power by arranging for some


            much needed “me” time to reconnect with yourself. Morning

            meditations, afternoon catnaps or watching the sunset are some

            wonderful ideas about ways to accomplish this goal. Treat the


            time like any other appointment by not canceling on yourself to

            do the laundry or resume working.
