Chapter Seven

hard-to-apply line - you can however turn a pencil eyeliner into a

gel formula by gently warming the tip with a match or lighter. Hold

your pencil under the flame for one second, wait 15 seconds to cool,

apply your newly made gel liner.

            Lips

            • Find a shade that matches your natural lip color.

            • Start at the center of your lips and blend out towards the corners

            of your mouth.

            • Apply lipstick last to avoid smudging while you work on the rest of

            your face.

Useful Tip - To make your lipstick last longer apply, blot with

a tissue, then swipe on again. Blotting creates a base while the

second coat of color adds shine and coverage.
