• Drop a line at any of our excep onal  shing spots or hire a  nny
• Try your luck at prawning, a special ac vity that is very popular in the summer months at Lake Illawarra
In our 100% natural, free-range, no preserva ves added, fully organic water world, you’ll  nd nice long stretches of sandy beaches just made for strolling about or catching a few rays on. Or if you like to catch a few, we’ve also got beaches ( like our famous Farm ) that comes with reeling waves to test your aerial skills.
But if you prefer it nice and quiet, in the company of  sh, then the snorkelling at Bushranger's Bay will take your breath away. Or at least make you hold it longer than usual.
We’ve also got this lovely, big, blue, family friendly bathtub of a lake that’s absolutely ideal for some casual  shing and prawning ( barby them on the banks and wash them down with a few cold ones or a nice dry white ) or leisurely kayaking and sailing.
If you’re a boa e and planning to bring your own we’ve laid on plenty of public ramps for you to access the lake and sea. Or if you’d rather have somebody else do all the heaving and hoving and steering and stowing, you can go out on a  shing charter or hire a  nny.
