5 . Paycheck Deposit – Here, you will enter direct deposit information . You will see two options
available: Direct Deposit or Paper Check . You will always choose Direct Deposit for both
banking direct deposits and paycards (for paycards, the routing and account information can
be found on the slip the employee completes from the paycard welcome packet – see back for
sample) . The only exception to this will be for GA, where a paper check is an option . Once you
enter this information, employees will only be able to change this information via Employee
Self-Service (managers will not have the option to update for the employee) .
