6 . Taxes - Here, you will enter employee Federal and State withholding elections . Once you enter
this information, employees will only be able to change this information via Employee Self-
Service (managers will not have the option to update for the employee) .

7 . HR Information – Make sure the ACA Initial Status as “ACA Variable Hours” (from the dropdown)
is assigned . Make sure the Safe Harbor Code is set to W-2 Wages . This will ensure your
employees are measured correctly for medical benefits after one year . Choose the Bar/Restaurant
Workers Comp Code for your state .
