Creating a Personnel Action Form
What is a Personnel Action Form (PAF)?
A personnel action form is used for any employee change or addition of information, such as pay rate
change/addition, position change, uniform deduction, transfer, etc . To create a personnel action form,
click the Talent Management from the toolbar at the top of the screen . Next, you will select Create a
Personnel Action Form .
You will be directed to a screen with employees to choose from . To select the desired employee, click
on the employee name .
Don’t see the employee you’re looking for? Type the first or last name in the Search box to find faster .
Once you select your employee, you will select the type of PAF you wish to complete from the following
options in the dropdown list . Depending on the option you choose, the screen will refresh with the required
fields for that PAF type .
