How to Re-Sequence Call Permanently

1 From the Main Menu tap on Settings

2 Tap on Update SAP Call Times                                      2

3 It will automatically default to
   Monday. Select the day that you
   want to change.

Note: All of your calls for the day selected will be displayed ie Weekly,
F/N, Monthly etc. This allows you to resequence your total day.

4 Hold you finger down on the 3 bars                                       4
   next to the call you want to move.
   Use the drag and drop method to
   move the call either above or below
   the call you want to move it to.

5 The call has now been moved               5
    permanently to the 2nd call. This will
    now be shown in the Call Cycle and
    Week Planner screens

Note: After completing the changes for one day force a manual sync
before making changes for another day. This is to ensure that your
changes flow through into SAP.
