How to Move Calls from One Day to Another on a
Temporary Base

1 From the Main Menu tap on Week 1
Planner

2 Hold your finger down on the call 2
that you want to move.
Use the drag and drop method to
move the call to another day

3 The call has now been moved to the
previous day.

4 Moving a Order Taking call into the 4
Future using the drag and drop
method

5 This message will be displayed as
you cannot move an Order Taking
call into the future. You can only
move them backwards

Please note the following rules:-

1. You can move any type of call to a date in the past (as long as it is not
past today

2. You cannot move an Order Taking call into the future
3. You can move a Non Order Taking call into the future
