15 Delivery Day – you must select the normal delivery day. Any request of out
        of sequence days must be approved by your local DSC before selecting out
        of sequence day

16 Call Type – Who will be calling on the Customer

17 Delivery Delay Days – SLA delay getting the product to the Customer
        (usually 2 days)

18 Call Day – this is the day CCA will call or visit the Customer

19 Actual First Call Date – This is the 1st date that CCA will call or visit the
        Customer

20 Call Frequency – This is how often CCA will call or visit the Customer
21 Call Time – This is the time of day that CCA will call or visit the Customer
