 28 The new Customer will only have options C.O.D.Terms. Details for applying
        for terms via myCCA website will be sent to the Customer in the Welcome
        Pack

29 Once you have viewed/edited all tabs, the summary will display. In the
      confirmation section, you will need to enter the effective date which drives
      how and when the Change of Ownership is completed.

30 Select effective date by tapping in the field and selecting from the Calendar.
        If you select a date prior to today, any invoices with an outstanding balance
        will be transferred to the new Customers Number. The new Customer
        should only use their new customer number for ordering
