How to Scan Equipment with Barcode or Manually
                    enter Serial Number

   1 Tap on the Menu Bar located top left hand
        side

   2 Tap on Direct scan

   3 Hold the scanner over the barcode and the
        app will automatically scan it
                           OR

   4 If there is no barcode or you can’t scan it you
        can manually enter the Equip # in the box
        provided under Enter Asset Serial Number

   5 Once scanned it will bring up the details of the
        Customer for the equip scanned

   6 You then have the 2 options:-
                   Sighted – equip is at correct Customer
                               OR
                   Found – equip is not at the Customer
                   you are calling on

You do not need to bring up the Customer first. By using the Direct Scan option once
the equipment has been scanned it will bring up which Customer this equipment is
attached to
