Found Equipment Process
Found – you will need to raise a paperwork only movement in CRM My
Equipment to have this changed over to the correct Customer
1 If Customer details are incorrect tap on
Found
2 Fill out the details of the correct Customer,
include as much detail as possible. Tap on
OK to continue
3 Tap on Direct Scan to go back to main
menu, tap on All Customers, find and open
Customer. Tick will be displayed for Found
Note: Found Equip – a notification will be
sent to EQS but you still need to complete a
paperwork only movement
