Red Briefcase

You can access information held in the Red Briefcase from any screen in
SaM where the icon appears.

You need to select a Customer first.

Tap on the Red Briefcase to bring up information contained in the Red Briefcase.

There are 3 different Tabs that appear in the Red Briefcase:-

1 Content – Documentation that is relevant to the Customer that you have selected

2 Notes – Ability to add specific notes that relate to the Customer that you have
selected. Ability to include notes for the NSC to action

3 Tools – Ability to access additional information eg CRM, Price List, 3D PicOS etc
