Notes – How to Add
From the Red Briefcase tap on the Notes tab. From here you can create,
edit and delete notes attached to a Customer
1 Select Customer->tap on Red Briefcase- 1
>tap on Notes->tap on Add a Note
2 A blank Add Note screen will be displayed 3
and Field Tele is the default note type
displayed
3 Tap on the drop down arrow next to Field
Tele if you wish to change the Note Type to
another. Select the Note Type that you
want
4 Enter Text into the blank field and tap on
Confirm when finished
5 You can now see the Note that you have
just created
Note: Field Tele & Misc CR Note Types – if you have created one of
these notes you can only edit it on the same day that it was created.
DO NOT edit an existing note as the NSC will not be able to see the
edited version. You need to create a new one.
