How to Create a Customer Note in SaM – this is to notify NSC
                that you have checked the OOS Tool

1 Tap on the Red Briefcase                                             1

2 Tap on Notes Button then tap on            2
      Add a Note                                                    4

3 Add a Field Tele Note including the    3
      text ‘OOS order as per OOS tool’.                             3
      Include your name as the person
      who created the note

4 Tap on Confirm

5 Note has been created
