4. Be well versed in the following areas. Feel comfortable and con dent while speaking to your customers.
a. The history of Elizabeth Arden, the story of the original march on 5th Ave, and the creation of the  rst lip color to be created in the spirit of women’s solidarity.
b. March On campaign mission and details in order to grant this campaign the passion it deserves. You must know it well, and speak of it with conviction!

d. UN Women It is important to know, and be able to share information with your customer about the cause that is being supported.
