When they finally stepped out of the mail world, she once again realised what
stupendous beauty she stood in. There was a growling of sorts and both of them looked
around. Ginger looked down at her tummy and grinned. Haanz smiled at her and hinted
Wobbly to take care of that.

Wobbly tipple-toppled towards Ginger as she hung her head in a bit of sadness. “Aei,
what happened love?”, he asked like one child to another.

I miss papa. He was waiting for me over supper”, she said saddened.

Everyone looked at each other.

“Do you want to tell more?”, Haanz responded.

“Yes. I remember once…

One day we were cleaning my room on my birthday and I kept asking him why was there no
snow when it was so cold where we lived.”

“But we have sand, beautifull golden brown sand. Dont you like it?” He would ask.

“But papa, I want it to be white. Clear and perfect, and then I will take it in my hand and
hide it under my bed.” I told him happy with the possibility.

He chuckled, “Why hide it, Ginger?”

“So that I don’t lose it.” I said shrugging obviously. The day went by as we celebrated it
out in the market eating dates and buying paint colors. I slept early that day when papa
was still up with his lit lamp glowing across my room window.

I woke up with a knock on my door from papa. I saw him standing with his hands hidden
behind and smiling bright. “Morning birthday girl; birthday not over yet.”, he said
confusing me completely.

He stretched out his hand and opened his fists. There they were…

With circling Reindeer horns, blunted tips and beautifull petals coming out. Tiny little
pieces of ice, carved to snow.

“Do you want to hide them now?”, he asked.
