“Listen carefully Ginger. It’s only you who can do that; you who has the key. The key and the
solution to this locked catastrophe which has been here since as long as I’ve breathed here.
Listen carefully and you will know.” Haanz insisted.
“But how, to what?” She was as baffled as a rattling snake-tail.
“Just pay attention to what you are, and think of what makes you want to paint.”
“I only know that you will hear…things. Try”, he said insistent, as if more than own, his
loved ones’ lives depended on it.
She closed her eyes with a quiet like that of an early morning wave of a lake. She saw
black first, followed by rays of orange and white, and then she heard.
‘Sashayy sahay…marissashayy…’
She jolt opened her lids with a streak of electric current running thoughout her bones
and an audible gasp of fear.
“I…I heard…there were…whis…” She was out of breath to speak. Haanz caressed her to
sit, and palmed her head to soothe.
“There were whispers from a lady.” She finally said.
“The whispers, I didn’t understand any of it.”
She looked at Haanz as if her eyes called him out from a quicksand.
“Do you recognize the voice? Have you ever heard it before?” He was more indulged in the
fact that she had heard the Auras.
“No. I don’t know. They were breathed voices, hushed whispers. But they sounded like
coming from the end of a deep tunnel, and speaking right close to my ear at the same
time.”
“Can you try that again please?” He asked, quite sure of a ‘NO.’
“I can try”, Ginger said.
