INGREDIENTS:

                                     4 cod fillets
                                      2 tomato
                                       eggplant
                                      1 zucchini
                                     ½ aubergine
                                       1 onion
                               1 red and green pepper
                                       olive oil
                                    salt and sugar

                                  PREPARATION:

                    First you put salt and oil in the pan with the
                        codfish and take it out when it’s fried.
                   Then you cut all the vegetables and put them in
                  the same pan for a while and at the end you add
                          the smashed tomatoes and sugar.
                          You add the fish, salt and pepper
                            and let it rest for 10 minutes.
                              You can already enjoy it!
