      developed 3 management packages tailored to suit your particular service
      requirements.







         MANAGEMENT FEE
         •    Management of your investment property
         •    Payment of property accounts

         •    Rent collection

         •    Strict rent arrears control and court action

         •    Monthly statements and Annual summary

         •    Coordinating maintenance with licensed & insured trades people, including     quotations

         •    Regular rent reviews in-line with market conditions



         LETTING FEE
         •    Comprehensive marketing of your property

         •    Carrying out ‘viewings’ by appointment

         •    Answering prospective tenant enquiries and issuing application forms

         •    Careful and thorough processing of prospective tenants

         •    Extensive new tenant induction and document signing, including full explanation of all paperwork
              and expectations once keys provided

         •    Receipting of all monies due at commencement of lease, including bond and    initial rent

         •    Lodging rental bond with Bond Administrator


         PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT

         A highly detailed and descriptive report detailing the condition of your property inside and out, including
         colour photographs provided at the commencement of every new tenancy.
