ROUTINE INSPECTION
The first inspection is conducted approximately six (6) weeks from the commencement of the lease and
every three (3) months thereafter. These involve a property summary and photographs.
FINAL INSPECTION
A thorough inspection completed once your tenant has vacated, using the Property Condition Report as
the comparison. This also includes the releasing of the bond from the Bond Administrator and dealing
with any accounts that may form part of the vacate.
LEASE RENEWAL
The lease renewal fee is applied when the lease is extended for a further fixed term with the existing
tenant:
Landlord consultation for lease renewal suitability and rent review
• Approach tenant for intention to renew lease
• Lease renewal signed
• Copy of renewed lease provided to landlord
ANNUAL SUMMARY
End of Financial Year summary showing previous 12 months history.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
To reimburse for postage, calls and assorted costs as listed below:
• Office stationery
• Emails
• Telephone calls
• Fax
• Postage
• Computer technology
• Colour photograph printing
TITLE SEARCH
A title search is required, by law, when commencing the management of a new property. We can per-
form a search from our office for the aforementioned fee, or alternatively you can provide a copy for
our records. This cost is charged according to current landgate charges.
