US Space and Rocket Center

This World-Class Space Center predates NASA. This STEM experience is located in
Huntsville, Alabama.
As a Smithsonian Affiliate Museum,
and the birthplace of NASA, The US
Space and Rocket Center is one of the
most action-packed day trips your
students can take! While here, your
Booth Western Art Museum students will be taken through what
the Space Center calls “The Ultimate
Field Trip”. As your students rotate
through stations, they will discover
exciting rides, artifacts from each of
our Nation’s space missions, a hands-on, PBL laboratory activity, and a breathtaking
IMAX film. This is an awesome adventure and one your students will not soon forget!
Lunch and dinner are both included in this trip.
