This half day workshop provides an introduction to the entire project management process, as well as the
tools required to successfully manage a project.

At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:

Define a project, it’s parameters and it’s constraints
Create a project plan with SMART objectives
Assess the risks associated with a project
Review a project
Apply the techniques to a practical situation
