Mr. Xia has been able to complete her jigsaw, it has

over 1000 pieces. During the recent discussion he has

made a complete fool of himself.

Very often we see resistance to change, but sooner or

later the resistance will crumble. Resistance to the
instructions of the chairman is not a good idea, it

could easily result in you losing your job.

I am not good at prediction, every time I’ve tried it I’ve

been proved to be wrong. Predicting the future is
much easier than trying to change the past.

It’s all a matter of survival, you have to do what is
needed. Evolution tells us that only the fittest will

survive, this is true for companies as well.
