Lesson 5

        This lesson is about a place setting for dinner. You can

        see  the  photograph  and  unlike  Chinese  culture  will

        observe a number of knives and forks and spoons.































         We call these cutlery I shall repeat that word cutlery.
        Normally you would have a set of cutlery, one for the

        left hand and one for the right hand for each course

        of the dinner. When each course is finished then the
        next course will be brought to the table. You start with

        the cutlery on the out side and work inwards until the

        dinner is finished.
