Today in England when a new detached house is built
it is customary to have at least three bathrooms in it .
There will be one family bathroom and the other
bathrooms will be ensuite bathrooms attached to two
of the bedrooms.
The photo shows a typical bedroom and the adjoining
ensuite bathroom which means that parents do not
have to share their bathroom with their children. Also
when there are visitors to the house the visitors will
be in one of the other bedrooms and they will have
their bathroom, so there is no need to share a
bathroom with your guests.
