TETE-A-TETE WITH PRINCIPAL MA’AM
•What made you choose a career as principal?
I would like to make clear to you that being a school leader is not a career
for me. Honestly, I never thought I would become a principal one day. I
would say that a strong desire to make a difference and a passion for
teaching directed the course of my destiny.
•What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Well, my weakness is that if I decide to do something I become
unwavering and uncompromising and talking about my strength, well, I
am committed, dedicated and uphold the value of integrity the most.
•What is the most rewarding part of being a principal?
The most rewarding part is to be associated with young creative minds
churning with new ideas and always feeling as young as my children.
•What defines success for you as a principal?
Success of my children and my school.
•What is your vision for the School?
Working as a team I visualize this school as a Centre of Educational
Excellence where creativity and talents nurture and flourish.
