1. Purpose
To establish dress and appearance standards for personnel assigned to LOGCAP IV AORs.
2. Scope
The dress and appearance standards outlined within this policy will apply to all LOGCAP IV
employees working within any LOGCAP IV AOR. Compliance with approved dress and
appearance guidelines is a condition of employment. Failure to adhere to standards may
result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment.

6.1. Dress and Personal Appearance Standards
6.1.1. All personnel are expected to dress in manner that projects a professional image
of DynCorp International, LLC. Dress should be appropriate to the employee's
workplace and in keeping with acceptable general standards of the U.S.
Department of Defense; business casual/professional attire in office
environments, and industry accepted attire for trade shops and outside working
environments. All apparel must be maintained in good condition and repair.
6.1.2. Prohibitions -- The following items of apparel and/or accessories are prohibited:
6.1.2.1. Apparel may not contain inappropriate slogans, profanity or graphic images
that would be considered culturally offensive or sexually suggestive, to
include political or religious statements or images.
6.1.2.2. Shirts or blouses that expose midriffs, bare backs or excessive areas of the
chest.
6.1.2.3. Oversized t-shirts whose length extends beyond the hip line.
