6.2. Deviations for Specialized Occupations
Deviations to the standard dress and appearance code may be made for specific
occupations, based on the nature and location of the work being performed. Such
deviations must be recommended by the Site Manager/Functional Area Manager (FAM)
and approved by the Project Manager. Approved deviations are to be provided to
Human Resources for record.
6.3. Exceptions
Functional Area Managers/Site Managers may request temporary exceptions to the
dress code in support of department cleaning projects, facility relocation efforts or
projects demanding manual labor. Requests must approved by the Human Resources.
