Vestas is the energy industry in design, manufacture, install, and servicing of wind turbines across the
globe with 101 GW around 80 countries performing number one in the world. Vestas India are
positioning the second top level in wind industries.
We started the relationship from 2003.
Our Existing services:
❖ Operation and maintenance of wind park around 350 MW
❖ Project mechanical and construction work has been installed 500 MW
❖ Works undertaken by our Craneless technology V82 model wind turbine Generator and blade replacement, NM 48 and NM 52 model
Generator, gear box and rotor. Our craneless technology has approved to working in globally by Vestas tools and technical department in
Denmark.
Overseas:
❖ Blade and pitch bearing replacement activity job has been undertaken in Philippines using by our own craneless technology.
❖ Technical Manpower supplied for maintenance works.
Existing business volume is around Rs. 2.8 crores
New opportunities:
❖ Civil foundation works.
❖ V82 model Gearbox and Rotor replacement activity, V100 model Blade and pitch bearing replacement activity in indigenously as well as
overseas in Thailand and Australia using by our craneless technology.
❖ Mechanical construction works in indigenously as well as overseas.
❖ Expected additional business volume will be around Rs.3.6 crores.
