* Work should be prepared / assigned for the day by the teacher if she is going to be absent.
* There is no facility for early or half-day leave except in case of an emergency (at the discretion of the management). Only one excuse for early leave per term is allowed.
* Absence directly before or after weekend/holiday will result in double penalty as this results in chaos and is regarded as inability to commit to work obligations.
* Attendance at all school meetings/workshops/training sessions is compulsory. *Nonattendance will be marked as one day deduction penalty.

Appraisal and Evaluation Procedures:
Written evaluation of employees will be performed at the end of school year. See the HR Manual for detailed explanation regarding the terms and conditions for evaluation. The evaluation reports will be maintained in the personal files of each employee and will be instrumental in determining any future promotion/increment/award for the worker.
Dress Code:
* Failure to report absence by 6:30 am. will be considered an unexcused absence even if a medical certificate is presented.
* An accumulation of three morning lateness (with or without excuse) will result in one day salary deduction. Lateness will be calculated max. by 7:45 am.
* If an employee leaves school early without getting approval from the Head of the section, this leave will be marked as penalty one-day deduction.
* Extending holidays by taking extra day(s) prior or following an official or school holiday will be
deducted from salary as the total number of days absent plus the holiday days.
* An accumulation of morning lateness (after 7:30 am) for teaching staff & administrators) will result in a written warning after the 3rd lateness.
