        The Human Resources Department in GEMS Schools maintains employee’s necessary information to support payroll, and general employment administration.
Resignation/Termination:
- Any employee who is terminated or resigns must return all the school belongings, student’s marks, office material, books, computer etc...and the apartment keys to the heads of relevant Departments.
• The discharge notification form should be signed by the relevant department heads, IT manager ,store manager, Hr manager and Financial Manager so that the employee’s final dues are released by the HR Department.
- An employee must sign a c.6( social insurance).
• The employee signs that he/she receives his finanacial receivables. The employee will be requested to sign that he/she has received all his entittlements.
