Purpose:
Continuous professional development seeks to improve the quality of teaching and learning through keeping teachers up-to-date on latest educational strategies on how students learn, emerging technology tools for the classroom, and new curriculum resources. The professional development in our school is ongoing, experiential, collaborative, and connected to and derived from working with students, understanding their Attitude, Aptitude and their academic performance data for better learning experience.
