Founded in 1985, Guitar Ensemble is a Niibori ensemble, consisting of Alto, Prime, Bass,
Contrabass guitars and the guitarron. The club performs for numerous occasions and
events, both internal and external, and supports charitable and social causes through
these performances. The ensemble also holds its own annual concert, Nocturne, which
is held at the end of each academic year. From classical pieces to pop songs and even
movie soundtracks, the ensemble’s versatility enables it to have a diverse repertoire.
As a member, you can expect to be surrounded by passionate players with different
backgrounds — classical, fingerstyle, arrangers or composers. If you wish to pursue
guitar playing beyond an individual level, do join us. We look forward to seeing you in
