  Why measure patient outcomes?
We measure patient outcomes for difffferent reasons, including to:
• Learn
• Improve quality and performance
• Support shared decision-making and
informed consent
• Provide assurance
• Deliver our strategy
• Provide data to insurers and PHIN
How do we collect this data?
Patients will be provided with access to an online platform to record their PROMS, and encouraged to engage actively with it. This data allows us to understand the impact our interventions have had on patients, to drive further improvements to care, and to provide evidence of our performance to regulators and insurers.
