SPECIAL DESIGN FEATURES AND GUARANTEE:
This Ludell System of Heat Recovery is guaranteed not to plug, stop up, or require manual cleaning when
operated in accordance with instructions and normal use, that the fouling of internal surfaces can be
cleaned chemically by mechanical recirculation and will not require rodding or other manual cleaning.

LUDELL EXTENDED WARRANTY:
The seller warrants the heat exchanger herein described against defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for a PERIOD OF TWENTY YEARS after date of shipment of the machinery:
The seller's obligation being limited to repairing or replacement of parts only with a similar part f.o.b.
seller's plant.

PROVIDED ENGINEERING SERVICES
One (1) Set of schematic flow diagram drawings and operating instructions.
One (1) Operating/Maintenance manual.
One (1) Layout drawing (if applicable).

LUDELL FIELD SERVICES
The services of a Ludell engineer to supervise the installation and complete the start-up of the system
can be provided at an added cost. Trips and days of service will be billed on an agreed basis. Service is
scheduled to begin and end during the normal work week (Monday – Friday). Normal workday is 8
hours; any overtime will be billed separately. Weekend travel and/or short-term notice start-up service
will be charged at additional cost.

It is the responsibility of the installer and/or customer to obtain any local or state approvals or permits
for the installation of Ludell supplied equipment. It is recommended that these approvals be obtained
prior to ordering the equipment.

PRICING
The pricing for this proposal is firm for 30 days from the proposal date. Pricing beyond the 30-day
proposal duration may be subject to change.
