One (1) Direct Contact Water Heater System Including the Following:

1. UL Listed Burner Assembly.
2. Gas inlet and tangential* firing burner connection.
3. Inlet and outlet connection for water.
4. Inlet water distribution nozzle assembly. (Fixed Adjustment)
5. Stack connection. (8" diameter)
6. Custom packed heat transfer medium.
7. Custom designed dual walled water chamber.
8. Top access manway with cover to inspect nozzle and packing medium.
9. Type 304 stainless steel fabrication; other materials of construction are
available if the supply water chemistry is of poor quality.
10. Floor mounted prepiped pump.

One (1) Exhaust Gas Stack 10 Foot Section.

One (1) Prepiped and prewired Gas Firing and Control System Including:

1. Heavy duty burner with modulation control system.

2. Combustion air blower, (1/2 Hp.), with adjustable damper regulator.

3. 6,000 volt secondary type ignition transformer with radio interference
shielding.

4. Combustion air pressure sensor switch.

5. Hinged housing with safety interlock switch.

6. Stainless steel blast tube.

7. Prepiped and prewired FM gas train including:

7.1 Main gas shutoff cock.
7.2 Main gas regulator.
7.3 Slow opening main gas diaphragm valve.
7.4 Pilot shutoff cock.
7.5 Pilot pressure regulator.
7.6 Pilot solenoid valve.
7.7 Interruptible electric spark ignition assembly.
7.8 Blast tube assembly.
