steps to ensure your home shows at its best:

                            • Open up all drapes and blinds to let in as much light as possible and make rooms
                               look larger
                            • Turn on the lights in all rooms, light candles for a fresh and fragrant ambiance
                            • At night, turn on all porch and outside lights
                            • Leave the house in perfect order, make beds, put away dishes and hang fresh
                               bathroom towels
                            • Vacuum your home as much as possible to keep in showing condition
                            • Put away all children’s toys and clutter
                            • Play soothing music, do not have the TV on
                            • Arrange fresh flowers around the house tastefully
                            • Leave your home when it is being shown. However, make sure your agent can
reach you to answer questions, etc.
