HAND ON COOKING CLASS



               * Morning class (from 9:30  to 12:30)
               * Afternoon class (from 15:00  to 18:30)
               Vietnamese culinary art has been widely acknowledged as superb cuisine. To Orientals, it is
               a fabulous between ying and yang with its harmonious formula of green vegetables and
               fresh meat seasoned with mild spices. On this tour, visitors will have a chance to learn
               this  reputable  cooking  at  a  professional  cookery  center.  Learning  and  practicing
               simultaneously,  visitors  will  be  sampling  some  typical  specialties  of  Vietnamese  wet-rice
               gastronomy such as spring rolls, sour fish soup with vegetables, Caramel fish in
               clay  pot,  …  After  the  tour,  a  certificate  of  cookery  attendance  will  be  handed  to  each
               participant.

               Note:  Menu  is  subject  to  change  every  day.  The  menu  can  be  changed  for  exclusive
               bookings. The price may be changed if there is any special change request.
               **Including: one way taxi (pick up hotel center), entertainment by English/French MC
               speaking,     admission,    material    of   cooking,    four    dishes    and    one    dessert.
