3. On the main Results (ROI Requests) screen, get a quick glance at which requests have imaging CDs and/or certifications and view the status/notes, so you can easily coordinate the process and answer phone calls from requestors:
These abbreviations next to Request Status will tell you what has been requested and if it is finished:
D = Imaging Disc
V = Certification (certification, affidavit, or other verification document)
* = unfinished item; status has not been changed to “Finished” on QC screen
a. Sample screen with items/status shown in Request Status column (circled in red here).
In this sample, here is how to read the results:
• V* - V means that a Certification was requested. The red asterisk means that it is not finished.
• DV* - D and V mean that both an Imaging Disc and a Certification (or Certifications) were requested. The Imaging
Disc has no asterisk, which means it is finished. The Certification has an asterisk, which means it is not finished.
• D*V* - D and V mean that both an Imaging Disc and a Certification (or Certifications) were requested. The Imaging Disc and the Certification both have asterisks, meaning that neither is finished.
b. Click on the abbreviations (circled) to pop up a box with item type(s), status, and notes!
c. Click the Request ID # to go to the QC page to update the item’s status or edit notes.
