    ROI+ SERVICE BULLETIN 09-01-2017 Patient Pre-Pay Enhancement
 a. The “Prepaid” checkbox will appear once you choose “Patient” as the Request Type:
1. Choose “Patient” as Request Type.
2. Check the “Prepaid” box if the patient has already paid.
b. Results List - Logged request is automatically marked “Paid” after “Prepaid” box is checked:
c. View/Edit Invoice - Invoice immediately displays PAID watermark after “Prepaid” box is checked:
Note: The invoice will show the patient flat fee. As always, you must edit the invoice on a case-by-case basis if you
need to make adjustments.
