a. Go to the ROI+ Dashboard:
Click on “Dashboard”
b. View Week-by-Week Requests Table - see new Credit Hold column with number of requests placed on Credit Hold each week:
See new Credit Hold column
Example: Clicking on the number “3” will show you a listing of the three requests placed
on Credit Hold during the week of 8/27.
c. View Request Status List - see “On Credit Hold” line:
See “On Credit Hold” line, which tells you the total number of requests placed on Credit Hold in the last 8 weeks. You may
click the number for a listing of requests.
