ROI+ SERVICE BULLETIN 10-25-2017 Credit Hold Status Added to Dashboard
PROBLEM:
The ROI+ Dashboard showed users how many requests were Incomplete week-by-week for the last 8 weeks. However, it did not show how many requests had been placed on Credit Hold during the last 8 weeks.
DETAILS:
To manage their payment collections effort, Providers/Service Bureaus may choose to put a completed request on Credit Hold in ROI+ (denoted by a red C next to the Request Status of the item in the Results list) when the request has not been paid within a reasonable timeframe. When the delinquent Requestor submits a new request, some Providers/Service Bureaus log the new request into ROI+ for tracking purposes and then place it on Credit Hold as well; however, they do not actually complete the new request. The new request remains Incomplete and on Credit Hold until the Requestor pays for prior request fulfillments.
While Providers/Service Bureaus have been able to use the ROI+ Dashboard to see how many total requests were Incomplete for the last 8 weeks, they could not use the Dashboard to see how many items had been placed on Credit Hold during this timeframe. We determined that it would be helpful to the majority of users to add a Credit Hold column to the ROI+ Dashboard to assist in the management of outstanding payments and requests.
NEW SOLUTION:
We have added a new Credit Hold column to the ROI+ Dashboard.
The new column shows the number of requests placed on Credit Hold for each of the last 8 weeks,
along with the total number placed on Credit Hold over the entire 8-week period.
Clicking on the number in the Credit Hold column for the week of interest—or the total—is a quick way to get a listing of those requests that have been placed on Credit Hold during that timeframe.
The total Credit Hold status count is also shown on the Request Status list on the ROI+ Dashboard.
