1. QUICK SEARCH
Just type inside the search box and click the “Search” bu8on OR press “Enter.”
Search ac0ve requests three common ways: (1) paDent last name, (2) paDent date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy format), or (3) Request ID number.
NOTE: Last name is a “begins with” search. Request ID is a “begins with” (REQ...) or “ends with” search.
2. TOGGLE HIDE/SHOW QUERY BOX
Click this icon to easily hide or show the blue query box. This gets you more screen space!
