Festival Advance
• Interest Free Advance
• One Months Gross Salary or Rs. 20,000/-, whichever is lower for
Class I
• Payable in 10 equal installments through salary deduction
• Can be availed on confirmation in services
Flood/Drought/Cyclone/earthquake Advance
• Payable to only those employees whose hometown gets
affected and is been declared by the State Govt. circular as
affected area
• Interest Free Advance
• Flat amount of Rs. 50,000 (w.e.f. 26th Feb 2016)
• Payable in 25 equal installments through salary deduction
• Deduction starts from the 4th Month of sanction of the loan
• Can be availed on confirmation in services
