        Q. What are the minimum and maximum policy durations?
Health insurance policies are usually issued for a period of 1 year only. However,
now a days many companies are issuing policies upto 3-4 years in order to retain a
customer and remove the hassle of renewal of policy every year.

        Q. My family is residing at Mumbai while I am working in Bangalore. Can I
            take a single policy?
Yes, your entire family can be covered under one policy. Your health insurance
policy is valid all over India.

        Q. Are naturopathy, homeopathy and other modes of treatments covered under
            a health policy ?
            No it is not covered.

        Q. What do you mean by Cashless Hospitalization?
The patient need not pay for the hospital bills upfront in cash at the time of
hospitalization. It will be paid by the TPA. The policyholder just needs to
show the ID card at the hospital. If the policy is in force the TPA will arrange
to make the payment directly to the hospital upto the amount of sum insured in
the policy. After the amount is exhausted the policyholder must pay it from its
            own pocket.

        Q. What is the maximum number of claims allowed in one year?
There is no limitation subject to the total sum insured under the policy.
